VeriPhase relies upon domestic and foreign laws to protect its intellectual property.  We also maintain security and confidentiality procedures and confidentiality agreements to protect our proprietary technology and our brands. We regularly register and apply for the registration of trademarks, service marks, domain names, and copyrights. In addition, we regularly file for patent protection on innovative technologies in the U.S. and foreign countries and maintain a portfolio of patents for such protection, including any acquired patent assets.

Privacy Policy


This is the privacy policy for VeriPhase, Inc. Protecting your private information is our priority. This policy describes our practices with regards to any information we may collect through your use of our website or products. We believe that you have the right to understand what data we collect and how that data will be used. We appreciate your patronage and we will carefully and minimally use the data you trust us with in our business dealings.

Information we collect and how we will use that information

We gather a minimum amount of personal information when you do business with VeriPhase. We define ‘personal information’ as information that is unique to you as an individual. The information we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, employer and the general location of your employer.

This information may be used to track the number of files and the volume of data you process with the VeriPhase Automated Detection Technology® ADT Software products as well as in billing per your purchase agreement or sales order. The information may also be used to notify you of changes in the ADT software or software maintenance schedules that may cause the software to be temporarily unavailable.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, product update information, promotional materials or other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by notifying VeriPhase, Inc. at that you no longer wish to receive any communications from us or by requesting that we de‐activate your account.

The Personal Information we collect will be used for the internal business purposes of VeriPhase, Inc. only, we will never sell your information to a third party.

OPT‐IN Information Collection and Information Retention

VeriPhase may offer services that require VeriPhase to retain information contained in or pertaining to the files that are processed by the ADT software. A person from the purchasing company must affirmatively agree that VeriPhase may retrain the additional data. In the case where this option is requested and approved, VeriPhase will not share the retrained information with anyone other than those necessary to provide the services requested and never with any third party.

Products obtained through another Vendor Payments and Third Party Use of Personal Information

If you wish to pay your invoices via credit card, a third party provider will be used to complete this transaction. The third party payment processor may require that you provide them with personal information in order to process the payment transaction. In this case, you will be subject to the privacy VeriPhase, Inc. 2020‐03‐17 policy terms and condition of the third party payment processor. VeriPhase has no control over, and shall not be responsible for, any third party’s use of your personal information. VeriPhase will never collect or retain your credit card information. We will not sell your information to any third party.

Confidentiality and Security 

We restrict access to the personal information we collect to our employees or to others who need the information to provide you the services requested in the normal course of operations. We can not guarantee that no security breach will ever occur; but we will maintain reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.

Children under Thirteen

VeriPhase does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. Our products and services including the website are designed for adult use only. If you are under the age of 13, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use our website, products or services.
