Mark is co-founder of VeriPhase, and also founded Davis NDE, Inc. and the University of Ultrasonics.
He is a graduate of the US Navy Welding and NDT Program, and an ASNT UT Level III with over 40 years of experience in Welding, Quality Assurance and NDT…and has held Level III’s in MT, PT, RT, UT, ET, LT and VT. Mark has taught Ultrasonics for over 30 years specializing in IGSCC Detection, Crack Sizing and Weld Overlay Examinations. Formerly, Mark was the In-service Inspection Training Manager at the EPRI NDE Center in Charlotte, NC.
Davis NDE, Inc., under Olympus Training Academy, was one of the first training Academies for Phased Array Ultrasonics. Mark developed Phased Array Training Programs for Olympus NDT for Weld Inspection, Flaw Detection and Crack Sizing Applications.
Mark authored three mathematic handbooks on UT, RT and ET…with one handbook featuring Advanced Ultrasonic Crack Sizing Applications.
Matt is co-founder of VeriPhase with over 35 years of successful experience in technology-enabled industries…NDE, information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and specialized construction. Currently, he is the founder and principal of KroutDavis Ventures focused on technology-based business start-ups and capital investment.
Previously, Matt was a principal owner and President of CashRetriever Systems, Inc…one of the early pioneers in healthcare revenue cycle technology solutions. Matt led the successful strategic merger of the company with Revenue Cycle Solutions, Inc. based in Chicago, IL, in partnership with Austin Ventures of Austin, Texas. Matt also founded KroutDavis Marketing, Inc., a nationally recognized strategic marketing consulting firm with a clientele that includes GE Medical Systems, BellSouth, AT&T, American Medical International, and Wallaby Software Corporation.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Alabama, earning an MBA from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He is a former member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has been a featured speaker, commentator, and author for a variety of industry groups.
Kelley joined VeriPhase following 28 years of progressive management experience in finance, accounting, legal, and data network operations. Today, Kelley is responsible for overall corporate finance and accounting of the company and oversees daily management of the PAUT data files, archiving, and back-up via the VeriPhase Proprietary Data Network. She maintains the NQA-1 manual, Phased Array Level II and Level III certifications as well as company accounting and auditing records.
Kelley is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting, administration and operations management.
